Micro Request Queue Manager (urqm) is a request queue manager with a small footprint. It maintains a series of queues of "tickets", or support requests, which can be delegated, commented on, and have links made between them. Tickets can be managed via email and via the web interface.

urqm depends on the SQLite library for its backend database, but has no other dependencies. It is written in C for portability and to ensure minimal memory and CPU usage, and so is ideal for use on low-end or busy systems. If you liked Request Tracker but it runs too slowly on your server, try urqm.

urqm is currently in the planning stages and does not work yet. The source tarball contains a skeleton source tree and build system with working command line options, and draft man pages.
